You told : “LOREM IPSUM…” ?

“LOREM IPSUM…” is a publishing company gone to meet the cultures of the world which have, at the same time, a mythology and an iconography, drawing, painting and other graphic expressions, original.

Starting from these data and a personal experiment in the places, the landscapes, the climate and the men of this culture, I tried to build pilot tales.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh euismod tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna aliquam erat volutpat.

LOREM IPSUM are words extracted from "finibus bonorum and malorum" (About the good and evil) of the latin author Cicero. This text, written in 45 before Jesus-Christ, starts with the sentence "Neque porro quisquam is which lorem ipsum quia dolor sit amet, consectetur, adipisci velit…" (There is no one who loves pain itself, who seeks after it and wants to have it, simply because it is pain…).

LOREM IPSUM are the first two words of a text used, since the XVIth century, by the graphic designers to simulate text.

Why simulate text ? Your customer is long in providing you the text which must be printed, not to waste time while waiting ; use false text that you generally find in the folder of your desktop publishing favorite aplication.

When you present your work to your customer, it is put at once to read again its text, to correct the inevitable typing or spelling errors. You spent time to set up the graphic elements of your model. You chose a character font which agrees best with the matter of the document than you put on page.

But, is obnubilated to him by its text. To concentrate its attention and to open its critical eye on your work, the formatting , the graphic elements or the character font, do not allow him to disperse ; use false text.
